Vice President of Sales & Marketing
CJ Hoogsteen is VP of Sales & Marketing of mCube. He served in a number of CCO, CRO and MD roles and has over 20 years of international sales & marketing leadership experience, serving a wide range of sectors. He drives revenue growth by building scalable, customer centric sales and marketing teams. As VP Sales & Marketing, CJ is responsible for all commercial activities, including sales, marketing and business development.
Prior to mCube CJ has served as CCO and member of the Executive Board and MD of Spain, Italy and the Philippines of MeteoGroup, one of world’s leading big data private weather companies, where he successfully transformed 18 country based organizations in into 5 worldwide operating customer centric segment teams, doubling sales productivity and delivering double digit growth. At MeteoGroup, CJ also served as S&M Director and Operational and R&D Director for The Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to MeteoGroup, he served as Regional Sales & Marketing Director for Central and North Europe at Honeywell, based in Frankfurt, Germany.
CJ began his career as Product Manager at Unilever, followed by several international sales & marketing leadership positions in Health related markets. He holds a Master of Management Engineering of the Technical University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands and studied international economics and several modern languages at the University of Rennes in Rennes, France.
